I just don't understand why it wouldn't be a policy of: "We only refund if the crash was caused by something server related" i.e., this issue at hand here, as the unbox menu is directly server related and is directly the cause of the crash. I'll refer my friend to Ya Ming.

The PC had no issue until it requested a service FROM the server (in this case the unbox menu). As you've said, it's even caused your game to crash. This wasn't some error in memory or some CPU issue or home electrical issue. This was the server's service directly causing...

a command built by your server crashing someone's game technically means the server crashed his game, it wasn't something on his PC end, it was on the server's end because the menu built into the server caused the crash, not his PC directly. So uhh...
