Suggestion Name Helping new players understand how to contact staff.

What's Being Added/Removed/Changed A sign at spawn and a message that console sends every so often, explaining how to contact a staff and that they will not help unless there is a ticket.

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed I feel like this would help new players a lot and maybe even make some of them stick around instead of getting annoyed because a staff isn't helping and then leaving the server.

A lot of the new players do not understand how staff work and I've seen a lot leave because of it.

This will be a small addition that I think will actually do the server some good.

I believe there is already a sign at spawn on how to contact staff but it’s doesn’t really stand out

+1 there is already one but it happens rarely (once every hour or so)

There is already a console message but with all the adverts and ooc people usually miss it, a sign at spawn might work
