I can confirm this did happen, I vividly remember sending rose the refund request form. I could've sworn I clipped the sit but upon searching my clips folder I don't have it. Thus I've got no clip/screenshots to prove that this is legit, so I'd like to apologize for my lack of due diligence and if this does get denied, just shoot me a PM in game and I'll personally reimburse you.
