Add a Vigilante counterpart

Add a counter part to the Vigilante-Like,Joker,Bane,Red hood,-if its Joker give him a revolver and or dynamite or other joker themed items-also give them cuffs-gag-and blindfold so he can kidnap and also give him the VIP+keypad cracker and lockpick
