Add something that gives people money for being clean

Alright so, something I've noticed about trashman, while you can just camp dumpsters a big part of doing the job is cleaning other players, however most people either dont know whats happening or run away, I am suggesting a sort of system where if someone is clean/cleaned they receive money, a small amount like 50 dollars, just something that gives incentive to be clean or let trashmen clean you.
