Blanket Network Policies

BNP1. Any staff member caught breaking rules/being unprofessional or mingey on another Server will be reprimanded by the staff of their Home Server, whether the server they were on was an Atomic Networks server or not.

BNP2. No one is allowed to staff more than one server in our network and on other servers

BNP3. If you get removed from or resign from the Staff Team on 1 server, you are not allowed to apply on another server in our network for 2 weeks.

BNP4. If your staff application has been denied on 1 server, you are not allowed to apply for a staff position on any of our servers for 2 weeks.

BNP5. Unnecessary sharing of proprietary Atomic Networks documents and files to staff that don’t need it or players will lead to an instant demotion and a possible perma ban from all servers on our Network.

BNP6. Upper Staff wishing to transfer over to another server must take a 1 rank demotion (in-game), or take a 2 rank demotion (out of game)

BNP7. Any Staff Member abusing their moderation abilities on the Discord or Forum will be removed from the staff team w/o notice and given a 2 month ban.

BNP8. Failure to post an LOA/ROA on the forums when you are leaving for more than 4 days, will lead to a demotion and a possible ban of up to 1 week depending on the time gone.

BNP9. All staff are not to be making decisions/staffing when under the influence of alcohol, or any form of paraphernalia.

BNP10. Community Manager and Owner are not subject to any server rules, and are not required to follow them.

BNP11. Staff caught abusing power ingame (on any server) are subject to a ban of up to 6 months from the management team based on the severity of the offence and other external factors. < Ban reason must include (BNP11: Staff Abuse) >

BNP12. Attempting to charge back on any donations to the server will result in a permanent ban from all servers on our network.

BNP13. All Atomic Networks Staff must have their Steam Profiles publicly viewable.

BNP14. An LOA can last at most up to a period of 14 days, and an ROA up to 30 days (Unless given special exemption through an HA or Above)

BNP15: Leaking Internal Documents that are labeled with a Need to Know header (abv. NTK in the Header of the Document) will lead to a permanent Network Ban.


Management Team Policies

MT1. The Management Teams of all Atomic Network Servers reserve full power over the removal of, suspension of, or banning of any members of the Atomic Networks Staff Team below the management team that are associated with the following behaviors:

Player/Staff Harassment
Witch Hunting
Hacking
Making threats on a person’s life
Exposing personal information
Discussing DDoS’ing or Doxing
Being associated with communities that indirectly/intend to hurt Atomic Networks

MT2. Any staff member that is a part of any server’s Management Team (HA and above), must submit their resignation at least 1 week before leaving the community. Failure to do so will lead to a 2 month ban. (Ban reason must be labeled: Policy MT2. Failure to Resign with Notice)

MT3. Any Management Team member that resigns from their position will not be granted the same position or any position below it. The resignee must reapply through the forums like a new staff member.

MT4. The Community Manager, and the Owner reserve the full rights to ban any player/staff member via executive order for any period of time up to 6 months (with valid reason) <ban reason must include Executive Order MT4 (<banning player>)



Upper Staff Policies

UP1. Senior Admin has superiority over Admin and Head Mod, and Admin/Head Mod are at the same seniority.

UP2. All Upper Staff have superiority over Lower Staff (Head Mod has more superiority than a regular admin)

UP3. Any staff member that is a part of any server’s Upper Staff Team must submit their resignation at least 3 days before leaving the community. Failure to do so will lead to a 2 month ban. (Ban reason must be labeled: Policy UP3. Failure to Resign with Notice)


Lower Staff Policies

LS1. Any staff member that is a part of any server’s Lower Staff Team must submit their resignation at least 1 day before leaving the community. Failure to do so will lead to a 2 week ban. (Ban reason must be labeled: Policy LS1. Failure to Resign with Notice)

LS2. As a Trial Moderator, when banning a player for an offence that is longer than 1 day, you must Put (extend to <actual length>) in the Ban Reason so other staff can see that in the menu.
