Which rule/rules was this player breaking? RDM
Put any evidence of this player breaking the rules here. Following an admin sit with Shade:
I joined the server, then walked into a gun shop *NOT* owned by McLuvin. After a few moments of everyone standing around, McLuvin asked a question about my "camera" then shot myself and another player (who was banned later, unrelated) Stri. I have no affiliation with that other player.
I created a ticket and sat down with Shade who told me my logs were glitched as a result of having just joined. I did not record that interaction unfortunately. Despite that, the logs clearly showed McLuvin RDM myself and the other player. Shortly after I called him out for RDM, he adverted a raid, then immediately adverted over.
During the sit, McLuvin claimed he was "raiding" and that he could kill me. Despite that, he had never adverted raid and was standing in the gun shop for a long period of time beforehand as people entered and exited as confirmed by Alex^ who owned the shop (he told me he actually planned to make a ticket about it, but was lazy). He made no attempt to raid, and had not adverted. He subsequently claimed he was "solo" raiding, which would have been against the rules given his status in Semen's party (Have an image, how can I attach?). He then said Semen had adverted a raid, but he adverted "over" shortly before this interaction as shown in the logs (Have an image, how can I attach?).
It was decided McLuvin was somehow in the right and I was encouraged by Shade to create a player report as he was not going to change his decision. It appears to me the evidence is overwhelming to prove that someone as a Mod (who should know better) just decided to pop a couple people in the head for no reason.
Happy to jump in a call to discuss further should that be easier.
Optional: Any other comments?
