What's Being Added/Removed/Changed Grant Cultists Stunstick and Handcuffs, and allow them to kidnap and murder one user every 10 minutes

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed This would allow for legal ritual sacrifice of users, to appease the dark gods.

Not true, murder monkey is its own specific role with a 5 min cooldown (this is 10) and a terrorist attack is using a bomb to kill 5+ people
