There is not much proof of what you had on you but i assume he didnt check you, does look like RDA but also it could just be a new player. Id like to see a moderator investigate his playtime, and if it exceeds 2days then i would +1, but for now i think that hes just new, and it only requires an in-game sit, nothing more.
