I think buying the machines with its 15k price point for each machine is outrageous. I think it should be lowered so this job doesn't feel like a tremendous handicap. The only way to really get value from the job is to be on for hours, that's if there is a consistent pattern of gambling.

+1, casino manager is a nice job but it's massively underpowered for the manager himself. Either give the manager 20% from machines, or allow him to have printers otherwise it would take 10 hours of consistent gaming to make money back from machine with no profit

Part of being a casino manager is getting people to play your casino, once you figure this out 15k is nothing as there is plenty of earning potential.
