D2: After dying to someone for RP reasons, you cannot attempt any RP actions on them (mugging, kidnapping, raiding/territory capture, etc.) for 5 minutes
Definitions
- RP Actions: Raiding, Solo Raiding, Mugging, Kidnapping, Gang Territory Capture, Countering, Performing Hits, Arresting, Warning, Validating a KOS Sign (getting killed)
What It Means
- As a player: Don't interact with the player you died to during an RP action for 5 minutes after it happens. This applies to muggings, kidnappings, raids, gang caps, and misc. RP events.
- All RP events have a 5 minute cooldown on them to do it to another person, and 10 minutes to do it to the same person.
- As a staff: Handle all reports of players failing to wait out the 5 minute cooldown following a death from an RP event.
Why It Exists
- To give both parties a cooldown from RP interactions.
Proper Punishment/Enforcement
- Before enforcing this rule, verbally note to the player that if they continue the behavior that there will be a punishment. (If they already have a record of the behavior, punish the player)

Examples
- Ex. 1: Player A kills Player B during a mugging, Player B cannot come back to interact with Player A in any way for 5 minutes.
- Ex. 2: Noob kills Wilkers while capturing a flag for his gang. Wilkers comes back and kills Noob. Noob makes a ticket and you warn Wilkers for FailRP (Class II)
