Demotion of Daddystuffy (Senior Mod)

Earlier today Daddystuffy commit NLR even admitted in my denied Unban Request (look it up). Which resulted in me failing to raid a base and later get banned by him because he didnt get his way.
I think Daddystuffy should have a formal talking to about his abusive behaviour and possible demotion.
