Do you think that if the defender commits fail RP during a raid should the raider get all of there valuables that they would of gotten if they successfully raided?

Ex 1: Raider enters base kills defender then the defender comes back and kills the raider. If the Defender had not come back the raider could have easily gotten all the valuables. Should the raider get all the valuables because they would have but the defender broke NLR, or should the Defender just get punished and the raider gets refunded.

Ex 2: Raider enters base and kills defender. Turns out that the defender has completely prop blocked the valuables. Should the Raider be able to have everything that was prop blocked or should the defender only get in trouble and keep all there valuables.

As someone that only raids in this game this is a huge issue. Ive captured two good examples of this when someone breaks NLR to stop my solo raid against 8+ players in mega bases. These are just the times i've recorded it, it happens very very often.

Both these raids are worth >4m at least being stopped by people who would rather get a 5 min jail/useless warn over losing the printers in the base. Captured the second guy laughing about it in jail and didn't get the other's reaction but it was basically the same. There is no reason NOT to come back and stop the raider as the rules currently stand. Why lose mil's in combined printers when you can have someone take the warn for everyone. Nothing gets done about this ever.

When this happens there needs to be more punishment. The person that broke NLR should be forced to give up at least 25% of the total base worth on his own and if he cant pay everyone in the base should give up 50% of their printer worth at least. There should not be a huge incentive to break the rules when you're losing a raid.

I agree but would also depend on each situation and up to mod discretion but nothing is worse then NLR fail RP after you killed everyone and won but they come back and kill you.

if a defender breaks the rules (from what is says in the rule guidelines) the raider is not able to then go and break another rule in order to get those valuables, unfortunate how it works out though it could definitely be a thing you dm wilkers about directly. moderators will not force a defender to give up their valuables due to a defender breaking NLR, propblocking, etc, typically with fail bases the defender will just get a slap on the wrist so to speak, or just a verbal warn, with fail rp during raid defenders will just get a regular warn and will not be forced to give up their printers. i could be wrong on this though i don't believe that defenders are even forced to give compensation for the raiders materials spent on raiding, pretty dumb
