Currently these two contradict each other.
ECR1. You are in a party with the victim of the RP action (ex. your friend's base is getting raided, since you are in the same party as them you shoot the raider)
GGR7. In order to be part of/defend a base, you must have your name on the front door, or visible in the base signage for a potential raider.
Can we please have these rules clarified in some manner. It makes little sense that a party member can not counter a raid due to not being on a sign.

Well in my eyes it's 2 exceptions to 1 rule. That rule being who can counter your raid? Now this says if you are in a party with someone who is being raided you are allowed to counter/kill the raider. Now with the second rule if you are not in a party you would need a name on the base to defend and counter the raid. There are 2 of the ways to be able to counter the raid.

So with this rule if you are in a party but your name is not on the base then you must advert counter raid of your name is on the base and in the party then you don't have to advert.

The only thing it mentions about adverting counter raid is the Vigilante job.

You can only counter if...
ECR1. You are in a party with the victim of the RP action (ex. your friend's base is getting raided, since you are in the same party as them you shoot the raider)
ECR2. You are Law Enforcement (breaking into homes is illegal, and a default law)
ECR3. You are the Vigilante (You must advert counter, and you can counter all raids)

Also, ECR1 says you can just shoot the raider, nothing about countering.

See theres so much contridiction happening there should be some clarification somehow. I don't think something like this should have three different answers of whats going on. Clearly there needs some sort of clarification.

So I was wrong, nothing is saying that people who are not part of the base but part of the party have to advert counter.
So, people, part of your party that is not part of your base can do a counter raid to stop the raider.
