Suggestion Name Keypad Party Access

What's Being Added/Removed/Changed Make party members be able to access keypads

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed This should be added as a simple QoL addition, it would let you invite people to a party without adding them to your keypads which would lower insiding and make it so you don't have to leave your base every time you want to update keypads.

This would be a major, major QOL change that would help out a lot. This is definitely something that we can try to do when we get around to redoing the party system.
