• Be able to cause problems within the bounds of the server rules
• 2-3+ days of server time
• Have hate towards authority figures and/or disdain of the rich

• Gang priority (gang payday, basing spot, keypad access,etc)
• You get money when consistently capping gang flags from our gang money
• You get access to dupes
