What happened? I was told to make a ticket by an admin. I purchased 'Perma VIP' package today, for the sole reason of wanting to place down a light with the toolgun.
Before when I was asking mods what extra toolgun features they have, I was told by one that normal VIP would grant me access to placing a 'lamp'.
Now when I logged on, I am told it's only VIP+ that can use the lamp. It's a bit disappointing and confusing that this feature isn't mentioned in any of the donator packages, so I had to guess and go off what I was told.
I suppose I would like to refund VIP, but ideally & even better than that, I would really simply just like to have access to placing one light. If you could add that to my account somehow I wouldn't ask for any refund of any sort.
