Imagine you’re an interviewer and you ask two equally-qualified candidates this question. The first gives the following answer:
"I want to be staff because I think it would be great I would be one"

And the second this one:
"During my time in the server i notice that the staff team isn't there from 11pm-6am and i wanted to fill in the void and make sure there's enough support, as well help when ever theres a need. I Love helping members whether its taking their tickets or simply answering questions for them.


I feel if you put more detail and reasons as why you want to be staff as well as why you should be accepted onto the staff team then I'll give a +1
