What happened? I bought a gun shelf and filled it with a Shipement of AMD 65s, AK 74s and Barret M98Bs (600K worth of guns), i then tried to take it in that area right outside spawn to place it around it and the gunshelf vanished, i checked my items on the F4 menu and it said i had 0/3 gun shelves, which meant it completely disappeared, i made a staff request and the moderator said he's unable to provide me with a refund and redirected me to the forums, so here i am.

What do you need refunded? 3 shipements of guns (a shipement of AMD 65s, a shipement of AK 74s and a Shipement of Barret M98Bs) or just 600k in cash to cover for the lost guns.
