Lock police jobs behind playtime

Too much Random killing happens from the police department.
I see a continuous stream of complaints about being killed for no reason by PD.

Random Arrests too.
24/7 lockdown sound from Mayor also annoying.

Rank change is already handled at 12 hours, so I doubt that is much of an issue.
Then you lock the job behind a verification just like VIP jobs.

I like the idea of an amory in the PD, so police still have access to guns, but they dont spawn with them.

+1 I think this is a pretty good idea, currently law enforcement jobs are the target of people who RDM/Mass RDM. If it is locked behind playtime that should ensure that the job is getting into the right hands.

This is a good suggestion. If when a player reaches the "Regular" rank in the server, or purchases VIP, VIP+, or Supporter, they should then be able to play as PD classes.
