Lower the AS Val Price to 8500
It's 12,000 right now, and it's not worth purchasing and no one uses it because guns cheaper than it are better, so therefore the price should be lowered a bit.

The AS Val has been slightly buffed however I feel even at its old damage it was still a reasonable price tag for a sold gun.
