> The funds menu shows you information about your department. This is where you can view...
- City Funds: How much money your department has
- Residents and Government Officials: The # of people on the server (and how many of them are police jobs)
- Upgrades: Spend your city funds to improve your city government.

> If you don't want to add funds yourself (and you want to make the money yourself), proceed to the next step.

> Use the "Laws" board to lay the law of the land.
> Make sure your laws follow the Job rules for the Mayor.

HGO3. The following types of laws are not allowed. (FailRP and Demotion)
> Laws that involve KOS punishments
> Laws that put a group or person above the law.
> Laws that make a group or person AOS
> Making "all weapons" AOS (this confuses cops with the weapon checker)
> Laws that directly conflict with default laws.
> Laws that seriously inhibit the flow of normal roleplay (i.e purge laws, jumping/running against the law, etc.)

> The Licenses tab is used to grant and revoke licenses from citizens.
> Players without weapons licenses that have weapons can be arrested by your police department.
> We recommend using this to your advantage by charging your citizens to purchase the rights to a gun license.
