Denied Need a refund for my printers.

I was sitting in the base i was still moving around and stuff then out of nowhere everything stopped moving and after about 3 mins it kicked me and said "Disconnected: Timed Out". Idk if it was an internet thing or what but i would like my money back/printers back.
