Put any evidence of this player breaking the rules here. I adverted to raid the bank and CarbonSulfate came in as a swat member so i killed him but he proceeded to come back and kill me breaking NLR, then he RDM me in said video

Also CarbonSulfate broke NLR 4 more times in a different altercation trying to arrest me over and over but got a verbal warning for that
