Remove Sandbox from from OOC/Global chat

like kinda strange as u get warrned for this on the RP servers but yet we see it in OOC/global from sandbox and TTT

+1 Yeah I agree since sandbox, TTT, and DarkRP is very different from each other. Possible make it a option to re-enable it for people that want it?
