Currently, a majority of the rules for sandbox are general rules that are of all of atomic servers, Only about 4 rules in total are loosely related to sandbox in specific.
To rectify this, I propose the following draft below, I attempted to keep the simplicity of how Atomic's rules are written but also tried to cover alot of information concisely.
