Why do you want to be a part of the AtomicRP Staff Team?
Aside from the support+ perks, my main reason for joining the Staff Team is that after playing Garry's mod since 2011, I know exactly how stressed a moderation team of servers the size of AtomicRP can be. It gives me joy to be able to help out such a team, which also seems to me like a friendly and approachable team that moderates the server around the clock.
For a long time I found it hard to play on a Garry's Mod server, but AtomicRP kept me going for a while. Before I started playing Garry's Mod again, because I was busy at school for a few years, I had a relatively long break behind me and on AtomicRP, although I have snooped through several DarkRP servers, I have found the fun in GMod again.
In addition, I am, despite my actually relatively short playing time, with great fun in the game. I want to help to give newbies a similar experience in the already fun and open community, as I have already experienced in the short time and to show them that AtomicRP is not like the other "typical" servers, in which even if staff members are online, you still regularly get the fun spoiled by rule breakers.
To sum it up at the end of the day, my main goal is to leave the AtomicRP community with a good impression of the server and to keep the enjoyment of games like GMod going, as I know full well how quickly that enjoyment and interest can be spoiled by bad experience generated by others.
Why should you be accepted onto the AtomicRP Staff Team?
I think I can approach problems with a lot of patience and focus, without letting petty things take me off the ball quickly. That means whether it's a person who is relatively short spoken, doesn't talk at all or speaks in waterfalls, I think I can still keep control and help these people along.
In addition, my long play time since 2011 speaks for me and thus my many experiences on DarkRP as well as other game modes. This is not as a staff team, but always as a community member of many different servers. In addition, I have not received any kind of punishment since my time on AtomicRP.
I also noticed that your team urgently needs more members, especially since I noticed that you even conduct open interviews in the middle of the night and despite the good activity of your staff members, the waiting time for a moderator is still relatively long.
Through my work experience as an IT specialist, in which I have also helped employees in my company as well as other companies with IT problems, I can only continue to promote my patience and the joy of helping my environment.
I also have been a supporter in other games, including roleplaying games, for a few years. Therefore, I would like to gain your trust and not only prove my skills, but also constantly improve them.
Optional: Include any other information about yourself that you'd like the community and the management team to know about you. I am female, and I am doing an apprenticeship as an IT specialist. As mentioned earlier, I am 20 years old. I live in Germany and am currently working towards financing my own apartment.
I am also colorblind (woah so rare, I know), so funny situations can happen.
I have a great passion for video games and virtual reality.
During the time I am writing this, I have 1.583 hours in GMod
