What happened? I was raiding Keurig_Kaffee and I killed him and he ended up coming back and killing me, he got a verbal for it since he was"new" but had 1 mil and he didnt wanna pay me so im making this request.

What do you need refunded? Minigun, 75k for armor from NPC and sticky EMP
