idk know what rule this would be for what lordbobbit and flooorrianoo would be doing arresting people pretending to be a cop even though there criminals

Clearly shown that the kidnapper (nik_von_las) went ahead with the cuffing with no advert and didn't even continue through with an advert. They will be warned for FailRP (Specifically: Failure to Advert) as well attached with that is a failure to continue through with the RP. For the Thief they didn't do anything other than asking for your money while you were cuffed, they didn't follow through with a killing or constant banter / forceful actions. The cop in the end there was also the same as the kidnapper but a different job as specified before they are going to be warned. If anything else happens feel free to report it in-game or back on the forums as you've done so! Thank you.
