What's Being Added/Removed/Changed piss and shit sweps
Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed I've seen the option on other servers to just allow hobos to piss and shit on the streets, I think it'd be a really funny idea to add it to Atomic as well.
To combat people not wanting to be pissed and or shat on, we can allow people to kill the hobos on sight if they are pissed on, or yknow, make it one of the "laws of the land"
