What is getting changed?: EKR2
Where does this need to be changed?: It needs to clarify the advert of kidnapping must begin at the beginning of the kidnapping (such as on first stun)
Why is this a good change?: It helps clarify the rule to new players and gives staff an easier way of solving issues between disputes with kidnap adverts
