Suggestion Name Make Insiding Class V

What's Being Added/Removed/Changed Insiding turned to Class V

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed Even though insiding was just recently upgraded to class 3 a person can take a ton of money in a base and only get off with a. 12 hour ban. I don’t think that’s fair to anyone so I believe the consequences of insiding should be even higher then what it is now.
