Suggestion Name Punishment messages in #global-chat

What's Being Added/Removed/Changed Add the ability to see punishments in #global-chat

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed Kind of QOL, lets you see if your buddies are muted or have been warned without them telling you (discord search) and its kind of funny to see when this stuff does happen (especially why)

-1 would cause a lot of non-necessary txt in chat, to points where yall wouldn't be able to see the chat

The only reason we didn't do this initially was because of all the unnecessary messages that a player would have to sift through.
