Why do you want to be a part of the AtomicRP Staff Team? I was a moderator for LifePunch.net back in the Golden Days of Garry's Mod when I was in high school. I miss the nostalgia of being a part of a creative community that thrives to grow in a S&box same such as GMod. I would like to be able to encourage and assist younger members of the Staff team in useful skills that will help them in their growth such as I experienced when moderating for LP's Jailbreak, GunGame and Deathrun servers back then.
Why should you be accepted onto the AtomicRP Staff Team? More than ever, I believe that the landscape of Gaming is boundless. And as new server emerge in these games, we must always remember that these gaming experiences, our teams, and the world we share are all better when everyone feels invited to play.
I want to be able to carry on that responsibility in a thriving GMod server/community.

I work a lot with the Gaming Industry in my profession and I believe in the the context of Game Design, Accessibility, and DE&I (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) - is nuanced and complex, worthwhile and rewarding, but most importantly - requires compassionate and empathic leaders to help encourage and inspire constructive, sustainable, and creative outcomes. I see this in Atomic Network's Staff team.
Leaders like us have the ability to learn, inspire, and create more inclusive outcomes and change. And in these times, we all intuitively know that the topics of Accessibility and DE&I are core tenets to what makes our games and culture great.
I have 1,400+ hours on Garry's Mod and have some Lua programming experience.
Finally, I am very much active nowadays since am WFH during the course of the pandemic and the completion of my MS degree.
