What happened: Server froze for a couple minutes and eventually timed me and my friend out

Evidence: This the best I got. I started recording because this was the third crash in an hour and previously it kicked us out instantly instead of freezing. We got refunded the 2 previous crashes but not this one. My friend is holding my Armor Vape in the video. He also lost a barret and max one printer setup but he will make a ticket if he needs to.
