Today for the past 5-6 hours and a tiny bit at 2 am i had Ecchi images up on keypads that people could "vote" on for money. Let me tell you it was an ok business at times and a great one at others.
No one really seemed to mind at all, just people saying touch grass. Not one staff member tell the 5th hour said anything or anyone reported it no one really actually cared. Then boom wilkers over here said its porn. I disagree they where all clothed and where not doing any pornographic activities (Maybe one was). They where all 18+ or older in there respective anime's or video games.
I believe wilkers didn't put much thought into it and just said no it is porn.
Sometimes por·no [pawr-noh] . pornography; sexually explicit videos, photographs, writings, or the like, produced to elicit sexual arousal, attributively)https://www.dictionary.com/browse/porn

There was nothing there to force arousal it was just a picture. Not everyone is aroused by the same thing and people where actually talking about it.

+1 To reverse the Wilkers non-gamer moment

I spent 600k on the keypads, It was a viable business and the images weren't any more graphic than some of the player models i"ve seen on this server.

We did show Wilkers and he has the final say. He said to him it was porn, you were told to delete it with that in mind.

Sexual arousal isn’t always forced, it can be random at times or caused by things you see. Whether or not the characters were clothed or not, chances are they were all in lewd clothing and positions. While it may not cause you to be aroused, everyone has different triggers and finds different things attractive. Therefore, someone could have been sexually aroused, leading it to be considered porn by the definition you used.

From what I saw in the images provided to me, there were some very provacative images that simply shouldn't be allowed in the context of a GMod server.
