What happened? i was in base then got dc and tried to reconnect and it failed to reconnect

What server did you lose your items on? all of the vip vip+ supporter and supporter+ and default printers with all up grades

What do you need refunded? the money that i had spent on the printers and printer rack

Just because your cat kicked over your router doesn't mean you have to be compensated for it, it was obviously just you who lagged out not the server and if it was the server you would have automatically been refunded they costs of the printers and the upgrades.
