What's Being Added/Removed/Changed Whenever a staff goes in cloak mode it shouldnt show up in all chat

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed So staff can cloak and listen to conversations without people worrying about the player being cloaked

-1, if a player isnt guilty then an admin being cloaked shouldnt scare them, also its for moderation purposes so people dont abuse it

-1 I don't need cloak to watch the naughty folks nor does any senior mod or higher. Its there to make sure newer folks aren't going to abuse power.

Allowing players to see us cloaking in chat discourages the misuse of the cloaking feature. Even at that, Cloaking is rarely used due to the nature of logs. -1
