I was looking at some addons and found some I thought that we could possibly add. I wanted to know the community's thoughts on each of these addons.
1 ~ Chess and Checkers

basically we would be adding this and add it to the fountain area to allow something to be there as we dont allow building there. I feel this will add a fun and repayable feature for everyone to enjoy.
2 ~ The Defibrillator

This addon will increase the player count and need for doctors on the server. We would have to implement a death timer of some sort (maybe 30/60 seconds) but this addon will allow for doctors to revive players if they are killed. Something I personally would like to see in the server. This would have more reason for a doctor to set up a base so they can be easily found.
3 ~ mCasino - The Ultimate Garry's Mod Casino *CONFIRMED TO BE ADDED*

Hear me out, I know we had a casino for like a day but this addon seems like it wouldn't lag the server as much as this is just a GUI interface. Now this addon offers
Roulette, Crash, Slots, 3D Blackjack, Jackpot, and Coinflip all in this menu. This could be the answer we are looking for. Having a casino and making sure it doesn't lag the server.

4 ~ The Artworks | Paintings Creation & Art Dealer Job

This addon will add what some people have been wanting and that are new creative jobs to play on the server. I think this job is very fun as it lets you add images to artwork and comes with a job (art dealer) and NPC to buy the art. This can be used to replace the weed dealer and will allow for alot more RP experience as people come to buy others artwork.
5 ~ Beekeeping System
As with the last entry, this would be a new job that would replace weed dealer or bitcoin miner. This addon is highly rated and could provide a fun new roleplay experience for the players. I have no clue if this addon would cause lag or not but It might have the potential too. This could be a job like pizza chef and could provide for more RP bases which only happen with Cinema owner and Pizza Chef right now.

A chess board with all standard chess rules, including promotion, castling, and en passant, and a draughts/checkers board with English Draughts/Straight Checkers rules.
