Dylan was prop blocking every base they made. He also placed building signs down to prevent raiders while owning two printers.

The base did have keypads but they had two doors stuck together that required both of them to be open in order to access the base. The opening time on it meant that it was impossible to solo raid (or even raid without two crackers) without just buying the keypads.

Dylan doesn't really know how to build, this might be because has new the building bases and was trying to figure it out. i play with Dylan a lot and i know him to not prop minge or block. this was mostly likely an accident

Its very difficult to give someone the benefit of the doubt when they intentionally place their keypads on opposite sides while not providing enough of a delay for a raider (but leaving enough for him)

In any case, he was printing with a building sign which isn't allowed
