What happened: Server had crashed and I didn't get my money for my printers refunded. after the server crashed, I set up my base and put down my printers and the server crashed again.

What do you need refunded?: 4 Printers (1 mil or so)

Basically from what i can see Ctrl, your request got rejected because you have no proof that you had these printers at the time of the crash. What you would need is a video showing your printers and also the server crash and when you logged back on that there was no refund option.
