Put any evidence of this player breaking the rules here. We were raided by these two the first time between 11:01 and 11:03 where they didn't advert the first time. The next time was at 11:08 where they actually adverted the raid. I lost a level 7 Fireworks machine and half a box of fireworks. Manny Mandingo(Who I was based with) lost a set of meth equipment.

first, i countered you. not raided you. your buddy was shooting my friend in his base. so i emped you. and tried to kill your buddy. i then died. thats not a raid. thats a counter/ party assist. the 2nd raid was a raid. you both lost. we never raided you 2 times. the 1 raid you accused me never was a raid. it was a counter.

to add on as well we did not break NLR. 5 mins is the cooldown for performing RP actions on you. we waited 7 mins. that means were able to do a allowed raid.

He shot at the person breaking into our base, from within our base. Then you joined in claiming "counter", you can't counter to JOIN a raid.

And that's not how NLR works.

I see. I never saw my friend do anything and he told me in party to advert counter so i figured that one of you were shooting him randomly. thats why i countered. never wanted to call it a raid. and i do apologize for the failrp during raid.
