What's Being Added/Removed/Changed discord channel dedicated to informing everyone of rule changes.

Why It Should Be Added/Removed/Changed my boy djmdd got banned for calling Korean Jesus a monkey and I personally probably would've gotten banned for this later down the line if I didnt see he got banned now and I think this kind of stuff needs to be announced in the discord... I see a lot of good users get in trouble for changes to the rules they didn't know about. The current way rule updates work expects around 400 people to be reading the forums every single day to avoid a ban which is just silly.

I agree that it's a wise change to create more points of access for players that need to be made aware of rule changes. The communication around rule changes can definitely be improved.
