I have more to the clip of the argument, but this should be enough to see what was being done.

Optional: Any other comments? I was transitioning the base to another player when they chose to block the garage saying there is an entrance via the doors. When laymo (the person taking over the base) was saying they didn't want to be forced to use the doors when the dupe they had placed uses the garage.

Report Denied
After Reviewing the clip a couple times to get context. Due to the fact there was no prior building sign of base pasted. This would not fall under Prop block. Propblock is the use of props to prevent a player from entering or leaving an area.
Now I hope a staff member requested they remove the props as "Part of PD" does not include areas in front of other base locations and only directly in front of the PD entrance or above and the Doors are owned.
