What happened? Bought it near my rack and it dispersed. Rocky me told me to make a ticket.

I directed this user to make a refund request and took their ticket in-game.
They bought a shipment of miniguns and I am assuming since they were so close to a wall that they bugged inside of the map. I checked the pick-up logs and had no evidence showing anyone picking up any shipment of miniguns nor a standalone minigun within the time they bought their shipment. The guns were not visible in the rack either.
