Make Meth Baggies Stackable

I'm specifically talking about the ones that make you move faster.
EMPs are stackable to 10, guns are stackable to 10. These little bags fill up my inventory instantly and it shouldn't be like that.
It's harder to manage for the seller because they can't sell as many as they would like. It's also harder for the buyer since they can't hold as many as they'd like.

Seems easy to add and would benefit everyone.

While there isn't a way for us to make those baggies stackable, it's possible we might add in another way to get that effect in the future <3.​
