I was the mayor and he decided to advert a bunch of things in one, I asked doc to handle my ticket he said cope so i said fuck it ill make a report

I said cope and then when Semen said he actually did want a ticket I just asked the guy in OOC to change his advert as it was a multi-advert but Semen wanted his job back. In this scenario, because there was no higher up on, you could have taken your own ticket if you actually wanted and recorded it.
