Put any evidence of this player breaking the rules here. Its in logs but he keeps coming back to my base spamming vape nation and me and KOSReduct have to keep warning him and killing him but he keeps breaking NLR

As said above, you can Hold C and at the bottom left you can mute Vape Sounds, being denied because of no evidence being presented with the breaking of NLR. If you mute Vape Sounds it won't matter and they won't bother you anymore.​
