shark: reverts it to non-kos things, it wouldn't be logical if all shark dies (and makes less people become sharks)
cats (i have not check the description): kos to dogs, dogs kos to cat
police/swat commander: increase salary to 175 as the swat officer has 150
vip printer: make it 5900 per min as it would be a waste of money (i mean by oneprint is better then vip printer)
pro hitman: has the higher priority queue (or more random hits) then regular hitman
