Both these clips jittering and shooting yet the player in the background doesn't jitter either so it's not on my end

by that first clip, they are both completely in sync with each other. this is nothing but a visual issue

for a split second you can also see the meth cook in spawn spinning the exact same way, you had a visual bug 100%

I at first thought it was a visual bug, but watch the first clip at 0.25x speed, they don't only shoot the raider, but the walls behind as well
